The Mission of the Friends of the Eastern Sierra Tri-County Fairgrounds, a non-profit organization, works to preserve and enrich the heritage of the 18th District Agricultural Association, while contributing and supporting the infrastructure, equipment and capital improvements at the Tri-County Fairgrounds.
